I don't have anything useful to add to this thread but a suggestion popped up in my head that I feel is interesting to discuss. How do you guys feel about adding more ways for crims to get into pvp? Because right now there is bank, raiding and mugging. Other things like getting raided or KOSing someone is kind of like a bonus, and can't be consistently replicated. I honestly enjoy PVP on both sides but on crim I think it would be fun to have smaller combat scenarios to conduct. Especially if you are doing it alone and your org members aren't on. This would also make smaller weaponry like pistols and shotguns more viable.

Like I said, I just thought of this suggestion and I don't really know if anyone will agree with it. Please don't flame me!

I did come up this suggestion a couple months ago that may be of relevance to what you're suggesting
 
Perp just feels dead in general from every angle, PD is almost impossible to progress past SGT, as seen by the fact we have more SGTs then almost any other role

RP is dead, latest community spotlight and 90% of the things highlighted were people making shops, they just make the shop to sell things and go afk in the back and this is worth highlighting?

Crim based stuff is too easy, boring and repetitive, place drugs, pick the drugs, sell the drugs, god life is relentless

And to top it off we just lost one of the more active Devs that did a lot of the modelling, maybe its time for community management to start engaging and figure out a way forward with the community to stop any further stagnation
Fully agree. Not saying we need money drop and stupid shitty events but I feel the community managers are missing out big time on community interaction. I’m a NA player so I play late at night when server is dead. It’ll be 70 people with maybe 20 people not afk in a shop, afk at spawn, or just power growing. At best you can beg for gun game and that’s basically it lol.

Also what’s the point of even having melee weapons in the game other then to bs?? They do shit damage and it’s literally a rule break to raid with. Why not rework them into an actual useful tool to raid with? Idk how maybe upgraded speed like cops if you have the katana out. Would be fun to raid with lol not necessarily good but at least fun.

Its an interesting suggestion, I kind of want something like that but even more PVP oriented. An example would be a mission where the main objective would have a high chance of getting you into a combat scenario where you are forced to use a certain type of weapon like concealables or melees for example (and obviously there needs to be some kind of reward, otherwise it just becomes unrealistic). I suck at coming up with suggestions but I feel like a template resembling what I just went over could be good?

maybe like, hit lists? since players can have kos on someone because they mugged them in the same life or whatever they can instead like set a bounty on a hit list for their latest mugger as a mission and ur only avaliable to do the mission with a concealable firearm
 
crim activity is ass cuz the skill ceiling is very high and the crim mains would follow you to your house irl if you just pump their car at bazaar in other words toxic chuds with no life
