Discussion Post: https://perpheads.com/threads/dispatchers-incidents-history.20845/
Main Idea: Have a "history" available for the dispatcher's closed incidents (basically being able to browse through closed incidents).
Full description of the idea:
All the closed incidents will go to a placed called "history". Units won't be able to be assigned from those incidents. "History" can be accessed by pressing a button somewhere in the menu. Each closed incident will disappear from the "history" after 10 minutes or if there are more that 20.
Why should it be added?: Something might come up after you close an incident (e.g LEOs requesting the number that called 911, what the message was saying exactly etc.)
Pros: You are able see a closed 911 call, the message and the phone number that was used (that is for hoax calls or any necessary information to be given to the LEOs after you have closed the incident).
Cons: None I guess.
*Other additions: Maybe forget the "history" thingy and just add a "closed incidents" button as @What are thoose?!! had in mind.
