Not only was the original reason for the Molotov very poor, 3 of the 4 people above were not involved in the situation whatsoever.
All are to be refunded.

I believe administrators can repair cars completely but please do understand if they wish the senior admisitration to fix the cars. Make a report in game to receive your refund.
