Suggestion Title: Firefighter share equal pay for extinguishing fire
Suggestion Description: Like how the medics get money together when they dispose bodies in the ambulance, the same should work when Firefighters extinguish the same fires together and also gain XP together.

Why should this be added?:
Equal pay for FF
Easier to gain XP as a team

What negatives could this have?:
Might be OP in pay (I doubt this?)

If we did this, we would either need to reduce the frequency of wild fires or decrease how often you get paid, as they were balanced around splitting the fire pay between the firefighters.

Decrease how often we are paid, keeping the job consistent is a better option and rather not sit at FD all day

I don't think this is a great idea as it would allow firefighters to just sit in the back of the fire engine and not do anything.

On average firefighters split the pay fairly evenly. Medics are different because they require on a small number of large payments rather than lots of small payments.
