Topic: Ability to fuel other peoples cars



Short explanation (in notes):
- Maybe a buddys tab called fueling
- So you can fuel a friends car

Detailed description (why should it become added/...): I think it should be added because when your friend says you can take my car for a spin and you take it out you come near back with low fuel and your rich and your friends not so you go to a gas station to fuel up his car. I just think this makes the server more realistic.
