If you apply for staff, you can get access to the secret "Janitor" job.

The judge thing has never worked on any server I’ve been on and would just stretch out arrests.

There is also a mayors bodyguard job, it’s called secret service and if the mayor enables the job upon getting mayor, you sign up at city hall.
