Suggestion Title: General Comments under SCAM
Suggestion Description: Add a "comments" section on a players' SCAM profile rather than each individual punishment

Why should this be added?:
Notes on a player for situations you may have spoken to them about, this is not a place to document verbal warnings but rather a place to document whether a player is a bit... difficult or such.

What negatives could this have?:
Would have to be compliant with GDPR

Instead this is a way to add profiles under the SCAM profile itself' moving it away from Disc. Generally we could keep PM to discuss but I do feel like a general comments section would be beneficial

If someone speaks to the staff member like a piece of shit and is difficult to deal with this can be put in the infraction description or ban comments already.

That would mean having to go through each ban/reprimand and viewing the comments, instead this would work like Microsoft NAV where the comments are all under a dropdown
