Main idea: Adding a Graffiti spray

Description: You can buy it in the material shop and Just spray on buildings,You can have some colors , like your org logo , or Death Threat some you hate , And its gonna be illegal and cops will have an anti graffiti thing ( idk how its called ) and they can ticket you or jail you for doing that .
in real life theres alot of Graffiti artists and you meet this thing everyday
Pros: Make rp situation More fun
Cons: May lag the server

Although you may see things like this every day, in my city graffiti is a really rare method of vandalism. There's a lot of graffiti in my town but it has mostly been approoved by the government due to its design and placement.

Oh, and also when you say org logos, I really don't want to see something like this at all:
