Sennheiser>Steelseries>Logitech, that's my top3 choices of headset brands. But since you don't have a big budget, I could recommend you this as a microphone:

It's a very good clip-on microphone and it's also very cheap. There are lots of people recommending it, you can watch it's quality test reviews etc on youtube.

And as for the headphones, I never recommend $10-20 headphones/headsets. If I were you, I would collect a little more money and get one of the low-budget sennheisers.

Or, if you don't want a clip-on mic, you could get a low-budget logitech headset, logitech has good low-budget headsets.

You clip it on the cable of your headphones. Watch this vid: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d6jTNsFKrvQ

Turtle Beach X12. The only good headset for under 100 euro. However, they're the only headset worth under 100 euro that i've used so it's only my opinion.

Anything but Turtle Beach. They're overhyped much like Skull Candy and really they break easily and aren't great
Im not sure why you say this I have the Turtlebeach X12 headset. ive had it for about a year. i use it maybe 6-10 hours per day and ive had absolutely no problems with them. I think they have fantastic quality(speakers and mic) and i spent about $60 USD on them. Highly Recommended.

I had two sets, both lasted about 8/6 months. They snapped.

Most Sennheisers asks good soundcard in your computer, without a soundcard you can blow something up.
Not true at all, unless your motherboard is made from cheese and 10 years old. You don't need a soundcard.

I bought a mic for like 19 dollars and it's better than the 1 you guys recommended me.

Told you, 100 dollars is way too much, even cheap ones can be as good as them ;)

Most of the players got a crappy computer.
And the headsets ask something from the motherboards.

To be honest, the headset I use was under 10$. It does pick up every sound in the room, but i just have to move some stuff. And there you can understand me clearly.

I have a SteelSeries NAVI headset. I like it! Its very comfy, mics very good and sound too!
The G930 is alsow a very nice headset! :p

You can also spent 100 euro's on 10 cheap headsets and just replace them if they break.
As I said, I have mine since 2 years, and I am more than happy with it. Expensive headsets are not really necessary, if you find good cheap ones ;)

I just found a Steelseries Siberia Elite for 135 Euros (%50 off of the regular price in Turkey) and it was the last one on the store so I immediately sold my current Siberia V2 to get the Elite version. Loving it so far, so fluffly, nice mic, on-board controls, glowy lights with the color of your choice etc etc. So yeah, it's a nice headset but I'm not sure if I'd pay the full price for it so I can't really suggest it for that price. I still suggest you to get Sennheiser PC 360 or G4ME Zero's ^^

Anything under 100 euro is basically going to be really bad quality, your ears will probably bleed from the sound it produces and the microphone will be terrible, sorry but its true, buy some Sennheisers and a decent desk microphone.
G35 headset = 100 euro, best headset ever!!!!!!!

7.1 Surround, great mic with noise cancelling, etc. etc.
