Help identifying a player for an action request (not mine, my friends)

One of my friends wanted to post an action request to report a player, but he doesn't know the players in-game name or Steam name.
So if anybody could help identify him that would be great.
He was black, wore a cap (black), a white shirt and grey pants. He was driving a red pick-up. I'll also post some pictures that my friend provided.

Alternatively, most things are logged. If you provide a date, a time and what happened (killed, shot, ziptied, etc.) staff can find it in the logs. But do try the demo thing too, and record the situation for the Action Request too. Makes the process a lot faster
