Not hard to Google, it indicates some RAM error but the beeps could differ per motherboard manufacturer but should be all the same. Take off all the RAM sticks and turn it on, if you hear a single but repeating beep then your motherboard should be alright. Try switching the RAM sticks by placing them into the other slots or make sure that they're firmly placed and held in place.

Looks like a ram problem.
remove the RAM from the slot, clean it and place it back properly

or try another slot. Check you RAM also for any damage spots etc

Have you tried turning it off, leaving the house and then coming back in the next day?

Jokes pretty sure this is storage or RAM as I had it before and I didn’t know how to fix as I just yanked both of those things out

I had the same thing, i had to buy a complete new Motherboard, so i ended up just buying a complete new PC with new case cause it was cheaper and saved me time , and used my old parts that still worked, but any further solutions you need to ask other people, im not really into building PC's that much
