Have you tried a different set of peripherals? If that doesn't work, try different USB ports on your PC (front and back ones).

You may of fiddled round with your motherboard and either A, disconnected your case so the ports aren’t getting power, or your motherboard may be fried as that was the signs when my motherboard fried, hope it’s the first one @Thomas Fredrick is quite good at troubleshooting these things

Does your monitor display anything at all when your pc is turned on, or does it just stay black with "No input detected" showing on the screen?

When i connect my playstation to it it does work so its not the screen

I had the same issue about a month ago, unfortunately mine was only resolved by buying a new motherboard, what motherboard have you got?
