Maybe the Audio Technica AT2020? It's known to be a good mic, however it does not have a stand or an XLR cable which you need for it. The price is 100 USD.

The MXL Tempo is a very good starter microphone. It's high-quality USB and compatible with most mounts. I'd recommend giving that a look.
