because i love the p90, but as i said due to the fast rate of fire it could get overpowered but the simple thing is increase recoil and lower damage.

Mac-11 already exists, the only difference is the aesthetic of the p90.

yeah but its not a low damage gun it would be meta for killing pd, 5.7x28mm is crazy good against armor
