WHY DO YOU WANT TO BE AN ENFORCER?:
Well it's been just over a month since my last application, since then I've remained active on the server doing different things and I feel like I want to give it another go and apply again, hopefully this goes better this time.
I've been on Perpheads for a long time, since around late 2016 and along the way I've made many friends, done many things and enjoyed my time here a lot. Theres not a lot of point talking about the past since over the last few months I believe I've reformed massively exhibiting the traits that are desirable for staff. I was a moderator a few years back, at the time I disliked it and rather then doing something good for the server I felt more like a burden, in the end I decided to resign as I didn't want to continue on doing something I did not enjoy. Since then however I've wanted to give it another go, even more so since coming back to the server.
In a short space of time I've gained the role of helper, while not a prerequisite to enforcer it is a good start to show capabilities, I've also been focusing a lot of the PD side of the server trying to balance out the crim/cop play-styles so that I get a good feel for how the rules are now enforced as it evolves overtime. I achieved the rank of CPL in almost record time, in about a month and I'm currently working on building towards becoming a SGT.
I like the server a lot, being a staff member is giving something back which is something I want to do as the server has given me so much, on top of that I want to give being staff another chance to prove to myself and others that I am a good fit for the role and that I will execute my duties well. When I originally came back a few months ago I really had no desire other then to play and enjoy, but since deciding to try for helper I've been enjoy the administrative side a lot more again to the point I want to try being an enforcer again. I have experience both on and off the server.
I have good rule knowledge, while most of my reports are dealt with ingame I do have some AR's referencing this, this can also be confirmed by anybody who has handle any report I've made over the last few months.
I am active, I am on the server almost every day, sometimes during the day when there is minimal staff on. I recently had to ask Fredy to ban someone since there was no staff online so I decided to take the initiative to act as staff to get someone who was minging banned. This also demonstrates my rule knowledge.
I am friendly and try to help everyone I meet, I've been trying new RP ideas, setting up a nice casino, trying out all of the jobs again to get a good feel for the server. I've also helped a couple sweaters get their feet on the server but I have yet to see them again.
Overall, I feel ready and in a good place to become an enforcer again, I hope that the people responsible for the decision have paid attention to this as I've been working hard.

Any people who have issues with me are welcome to message me on Discord, I'm always up for talking to people about anything. I really hope this does get accepted and I'm given a chance again, I want to prove everyone wrong and show that I can not only do a good job but be a positive influence on the server and its player, even more so then what I am trying to do currently.
