• 2.1/3.4/3.24 - Running around with a physgun (pretty self explanatory).
• 2.1/3.4/3.19 - Shot an officer as revenge over a ticket. The guy is seen pulling his gun on the officer and shooting at him; the officer kills him. In its self it is inherently inappropriate to kill an officer because they gave you a ticket, and the drawbacks of doing so in front of the PD and CH are sky high in magnitude.
• 6.5 - Disconnected straight after death, presumably in insurmountable angst, meaning that he got his gun back.

I believe that he was just building and had his PhysGun this why out and forgot to put it away. So a punishment for that is not really needed since he reacted to your LOOC message.

A ban of a short time (1 day to 1 Week) would be enough since he only has a about 1 month old ban on record.
