Short explanation (in notes):
- Need for greater law and order.
- Be able to dispute 7000 Dollar tickets for not using a blinker.

Detailed description (why should it become added/...):
Has anyone ever suggested having a new career as a Judge? Just one judge on the server at a time and cases can be disputed (Such as traffic tickets and other less serious crimes) It gives a reason to actually keep people in holding cells and adds another aspect of realism. You are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law after all. Just food for thought. Good day gentlemen.

Personally I like this idea for the RP but WHO would be eligible to become a judge? how would they counteract the Chiefs of dept's desicions ect? what would happen if the judge gave someone a "friendly" release?

If a person wants to dispute a charge given to them by a police officer, he can. A system is already set in place so that if someone feels wrongly accused of a crime, it's within the PLPD Code of Ethics to ensure that the suspect receives fair treatment.

This could be done by for example bringing in a supervisor to review the charge from an impartial point of view and then basing making a decision based from that. (Of course if they call the supervisor just to waste time when you know it's with 110% certainty the crime actually was commited, there is no reason for the officer to then call on the supervisor).

What I think this would lead to is people just wanting to dispute the ticket simply because they can and in doing so would just waste people's time on dumb stuff.

With regards to the 7000 dollar ticket for the indicators. There is already a guidance system live with maximum punishments for crimes commited. However if you read law 3.9 regarding said punishments, if a LT+ feels as though it is suitable for the situation, they can authorize the 7000 dollar ticket for said offence. (for example this is the 303rd time within 2 days someone forgot to indicate)
