Is this a new law or a change to a current law:
New law for just the halloween event / zombie events.
What law do you wish to change/add:
The Paralake CDC Protocol for "Zombie situations":
The Paralake CDC Define a "Zombie" as a citizen who has died, or is no longer conscious as a functional human beyond the point of saving as the result of a virus, parasite, or parasitic fungus, who displays aggression towards living organisms as a means to spread the infection / infestation to healthy citizens and / or to try and eat them.
In the event of an outbreak occurring, citizens may legally use and carry firearms, explosives, incendiary devices or other weaponry against infected citizens, zombies, or opportunistic looters, criminals, etc. Explosives and incendiary devices may only be used in a manner which wouldn't put the general public at risk of death or harm, for example, detonating an explosive device near a crowd of civilians or detonating an incendiary device into or in front of a residency. All explosives and incendiaries are expected to be surrendered to police if not used in 24 hours from the point of the situation being declared as safe.
People at risk of infection must be isolated and contained. Failing to report a citizen believed to be infected, be it yourself, or someone else, will result in criminal prosecution under 10.2. Manslaughter charges will be pressed against the culprit if failing to report an infected citizen results in death or further infection of other citizens.
Full cooperation is expected between the Paralake Police Department and the citizens of Paralake in defending the city of Paralake and its citizens.
All zombie corpses must be handled by professionals only and destroyed in a safe manner. Making physical contact with a slain zombie must only be for necessity and preservation of your life.
Why should this change/addition be made:
Important notes:
This will NOT be a permanent addition to the laws. Maybe you could make it a pop up when a zombie event starts? Like a message with a shortened link to a text document containing this law?
This will allow users to utilise grenades against zombies without police trying to shoot that person. I seem to remember during a Halloween event a cop started shooting at someone who threw a grenade into a crowd of zombies.
What is the aim of this change/addition:
This is to add more role play to the Halloween / zombie event and to prevent laws from ruining the fun for people.
