Discussion Post:
Main idea: Make links clickable on the phone messages.

Description: Links posted on messages are able to be clicked, opening the site the link goes to.

Why should it be added?: Makes links easier to distribute to application documents and other related documentation for role-play purposes, makes the use of OOC chat less cluttered.

Pros: Easy to open links, less cluttered OOC/LOOC

Cons: nothing really

@zXDroNEXz Players rarely even minge through text or even use text as a fact. Even with malicious website links as you stated it’s all up to the recipient if they want to /report or F6 the sender.

It’s like with TV’s, staff can’t always go and check out TV’s to see what people are watching because there’s better things to do, same applies in a way with the links. Most of the time the players should report this if they are unhappy.

it’s a bit nasty to catch a ban for such things but a verbal or a proper warning would make sense @Dan

I can fucking imagine that.

You sent little Wiki a link to hardcore gay porn? We'll let you off with a warning.

@Dan Most people don’t take into consideration ones age all the time when it comes to administrative situations since that would just be unfair. They’d be let off for RDM and etcetera ‘because they’re 12’.

@Dan of course, that makes sense but most people people don’t know who wiki is and it could just be a weird kid like him sending his collection of German snuff porn to his other 12 year old buddy. You never know.

@Dan It is, but then people telling others to go kill themselves over the Internet is a crime. Yet not much is done even after recent events certain people only caught some bans at first.

I don’t really trust many staff would take that stuff like you would if you know what I mean.
