Suggestion Title: Make the water fountain at city hall fresh water.
Suggestion Description: The water at city hall should be changed to fresh water so you can replenish your water bottles.

Why should this be added?:
It only makes sense it should be fresh water. You don't use salt water in a fountain

What negatives could this have?:
Very easily obtainable water source

Realistically fresh water would stagnate there’d very quickly due to its open shallow nature and how it’s still with no circulation. It’s definitely chlorinated.

a fountain just re-uses the same water, i wouldn't suggest using any of that water after a certain period of time has passed.
