Thats a fucking expensive case

Replace your case and PSU to something a little cheaper. Then dump the 970 and get a 980

It's pretty good I would say. The only thing I suggest that you add is a microphone. Sure, the headset has one, but it breaks quite fast and will sound like shit when you talk after 3-4 months (Just listen to me in-game and you'll see.)

Razer Peripherals are shit, the only good product they make is the deathadder.

The i7 is good for gaming but isn't needed, it only offers multi-threading something that isn't needed for games, it will also be outdated in the next 6 months by Intel Kaby Lake.

The gtx 970 is good but you should consider getting some cheaper items (the case) in order to get a 980 which is far better in the long run, both the 970 and 980 will be outdate in the next 6 months by Nvidia Pascal, the 970&980 are now around a year and a half old.

Conclusion. Don't be a dumb ass, wait 6 months.

I agree with Alex here. Don't go for Razer. If you are going to spend that amount of the perifs, get Corsair or Zowie or something. But if you have the money, don't cheap out. I also agree on going with a 980. 970's are good, but you could get better cooling, support and overall performance with a 980. And I wouldn't go for a reference card. Go with a Wind-force GIGABYTE or something. By the looks of it, you are going to be doing some high spec gaming on this system. Not much of an Intel guy, so @Alex_:D may be able to tell you a bit more about the CPU if you need to know, but it looks pretty good, considering the cache, clock, boost clock and other stats. Get to know your CPU a bit more:

[DOUBLEPOST=1453756815,1453756746][/DOUBLEPOST]Also, I wouldn't bother with a 80+ Platinum unless you are doing some hardcore overclocks and SLI weird shizzmo.
I have stable overclocks on a 970 and a 4.4 Ghz Processor on my 80+ Bronze. If you are still worried, just go with a Gold+

Also, Kraken don't look as fabulous as in the pictures and videos. Go with a Corsair headset. Krakens also are terrible for leaking sound out the headphones.
