New apartment building next to the slums

My recomendation for this map and server is to add a new apartment building next to the slums. in my mind it would be called something like "the slams", because it sounds like your a tough guy when you said "im from the slams" it could be facing the slums, or further away like one street but something really cool that could be added. Another recomendation that i would say is removing the tidal apartments because i dont base there and it isnt fun to go there.

We should make another one called “the slims” that’s built atop a whole foods and is owned by planet fitness. Each apartment will be fitted with a lunk alarm instead of a smoke alarm and the fire escape is replaced with a Calisthenics rig, requiring strength 4 to utilise otherwise you fall to your death.
