Main idea:
Make the nexus lifts only make sound when actually moving

Description:
Nexus lift sounds like my nans fucking microwave 24/7 when its not moving, its bad enough it takes 9 fucking years to go down and up, let alone it sounding like a microwave. I feel like a bored kids hamster whenever I'm in direct vicinity of this lift because its like I'm getting microwaved.

This shouldnt be happening I dont think the elevator is supposed to do that, but +support so I dont get stuck in the backrooms while going to molotov tbe mayor

Sound should not play continuously, I'll look into that. As for the time it takes that was reduced with the latest map update, as the nexus became much shorter.
