My friend gave me an Android emulator today called Nox Player. You can play Pokemon GO on this while sitting at your desk, you can walk around, teleport to America etc.
I've tried this and managed to get my main level 23 soft-banned for 4 hours because I teleported a bit too much.
This app is really awesome and it works very well.

If you want to play Pokemon GO or any other Android app on your PC go to this website.
Download the file and install the "phone" onto your PC. You can then start playing Pokemon GO and any other Android app.

The game is about the grinding and just gathering them, cheating is no fun other than on DarkRP

I don't see the big reason to hate on this. Sure, they get pokémon faster than you, and they don't play the game "the way it was supposed to be played". I personally play the game by going outside, but I think these emulators are great if you were to become disabled or by any other means not able to go outside.

If I was involved in a minor accident and broke my leg, but still wanted to play pokémon, then this is great.

Here's another great tool https://pokevision.com It's pretty nice for now since there's a 3-step pokemon bug so its hard to find pokemon through the app now. And you still have to go outside with this tool
