From what i seen, these big texts lag too much. I loose about 20-30fps when game renders these texts. My idea is to add option for disabling them and making them visible only after aiming at item. That will make shops more clear as you don't see text overlap.
EDIT: Sugested by Death Howl:
It could also work like with dealership cars at display. First click would bring up information of name, price and ammo/mag inside. Second would confirm purchase.
