Description of the idea: Add extra xp that can be earned after the max level for orgs, as right now if one person dies you instantly lose the warrant checker

Why should this be added? (pros): fixes the max rank perk

What negatives could this have? (cons): none

Why is warrant notification such a high perk anyways when we don't have any reliable, consistent and viable, solutions to reliably have us become notified of being warranted without putting our lives at risk.

I think that's why warrants are effective, it's on you to know if you have one by paying attention, and if you really want to find out get a friend with a crowbar.
