Description of the idea: Add Organisation Phone Numbers

• You can buy an org phone number [probably a bit expensive]
• There are permissions in org menu to regulate outbound and inbound calls
• If someone doesn't answer a call it will automatically call the next person with perms after 10s

Why should this be added? (pros): [description/list of good aspects]

• Beneficial for roleplay organisations, e.g. vault of memes, crafting orgs
• Another thing to pay money for or grind org levels (please make it a low level thing though as passive/roleplay orgs rarely level up)

What negatives could this have? (cons): [list of all bad aspects]

• complicates phone stuff

Should probably be a PLPD thing too

This is cool and all but if it actually gets implemented there better be an option to turn off receiving calls so we don't get spammed constantly when we are 'AFK'.
