Suggestion Title: Pan and tilt CCTV with mouse
Suggestion Description: Add a freelook button/checkbox to the Dispatch CCTV cameras, where the dispatcher can click and drag to pan around the scene for much more precise movement which is especially useful when zoomed in or trying to focus on a vehicle.
Why should this be added?:
- Allows for much more precise movement than the current clunky WASD camera panning, for better target following and huge QoL
- More intuitive to use (as in GMod you typically look around with your mouse rather than WASD)
What negatives could this have?:
- None
