- Play a sound when panic occurs

Detailed description:

I Would like a small kind of alarm-sound whenever a panic occurs since some officers often are busy with tickets and don't see it. Also with the next Update coming out it can't be spammed either so it won't be able to be spammed.

I actually have a real UK radio panic sound which I managed to edit out of a TV Drama. It sounds like this https://soundcloud.com/tjrgamingofficial/uk-panic-button-clean-tyla-jai but it would probably get extremely annoying. +Support if it only plays near the officer and not over the radio.
