Why Should This Player Be Punished:
This was my first night ever playing this server;
He suddenly appeared behind me dressed as a cop, asking about me having a mic / being a new player.
I ask him if he's good (me being dressed as a medic), his response is telling me he is good, then pulled a gun and shot me point blank range.
When I finally bleed out and respawn, he's suddenly in City Hall spawning area as a medic, punching me to death, reviving, and keeps going, so I leave the server.

Evidence (Demo Required):
I don't have / don't know how to get a demo, but I took some screenshots, hope this will help as proof.
One of the screenshots shows the people online at the server at the time this happened.
