Short explanation:
-Add a working "Taser" for police



Detailed description:
Because when you are in a foot pursuit and you carnet catch the perp you need a "Taser" to help



Optional additions:
- a button to change it to hand held to fire
- a distance up to 5m
- ammo for it

I think this is already in the works for when the police whitelist rolls around, also this has already been suggested.

The taser would be a great feature but as far as I know at the moment it makes the server crash sadly meaning that it would cause a lot of mayham.
