Suggestion Title: Police Jailing System
Suggestion Description: it is made of 2 parts:

part 1
When police jail a suspect it should also include in which jail the suspect got Arrested

part 2 a new button in Police Computers called " Jails " it shows who is currently in which jail ( Gui ) and how much time they have left ( timer ) and when clicked on should show the suspect name, mug shot and why they got arrested and by who.

Why should this be added?:
- Quality of life update and useful for dispatchers and cops who want to get info about the people in jail

What negatives could this have?:
- People can abuse this future in pd raid or such,

What problem would this suggestion solve?: - part 1
for example if i forgot to search the suspect and idk in which jail he is in
- part 2
quality of life and useful tool and information

A radio message from dispatch saying when someone has served their sentence and been released would be nice too.
