Suggestion Title: PPS Broadcast
Suggestion Description: Add a broadcast feature for the Paralake Parcel Service, maybe /pps or something like that.
Why should this be added?:
- I have seen loads of advertisements prefaced with "Paralake Parcel Service" of really good quality and it would be a nice feature to implement into the existing rank structure for those postmen who go the extra mile
- Helps them get important messages out easier
What negatives could this have?:
- Development time, however likely would not be difficult to transfer from the other jobs
- Maybe it would clutter the chat a bit with different adverts of shiny colours but make it a nice pink maybe and it would distinguish itself
What problem would this suggestion solve?: Convenient way for PPC to make a noticeable broadcast when their service concerns many citizens
