Quit Mayor job to be a "Are you sure?" prompt

Short explanation (in notes):
- When you choose to manually quit the mayor role, an "Are you sure?" prompt should be displayed.
- Yes?
- or no?

Detailed description (why should it become added/...):

The amount of times I've accidentally clicked the leave job prompt is literally (not figuratively) frustrating... why on Earth was an "Are you sure you want to quit?" prompt not implemented?! I did it earlier on today and it wasn't the first time I've done it.
