Hello I’m Jpcflashdash But mostly know as Randy I’m putting together a petition to get me Unblacklisted from the PLPD. Yes it’s an unconventional way of going about this but I was discharged about a month ago and was told to wait till October until I can make another appeal. But since then I have been thinking and thinking and thinking. I came across the idea of a petition when I saw person coming door to door petition a new gas station opening up near me irl. They said they need at least 400 people to be able to bring it to the board of the town. I am proud to say after talking to people on why I was blacklisted being honest every single time that during a raid I had shot a suspect down I had fired extra shots accidentally finishing off the person. Because If you know Randy I give 110% to every in the server. From being a criminal or being a normal casino owner in the shops. Randy Franks has undergone a remarkable transformation, emerging as a model of integrity and responsibility. I am proud to say I have 176 people that have sighed it and it has only been three days and want to hit a high enough number where I can not be turned down from a formal sit down and discuss why I should be unblock listed.
