Main Idea: Remove, replace with something else, or make less deadly the flower beds at the front of hopsital that destroy any car that hits them.
Full description of the idea: The flower beds outside of hospital damage cars unrealistically. I am suggesting either:
Pros:
- Realistic in the sense that vehicles should be able to drive over flower beds.
- Allows everyone to know what resistance will be faced on the sidewalk, be it nothing, simple flower beds, or concrete bollards.
Cons:
- None, every con is considered and an option provided.

Full description of the idea: The flower beds outside of hospital damage cars unrealistically. I am suggesting either:
- Make the flower beds less aggressive and vehicle-stopping, allowing them to be driven over.
- OR Remove the flower beds and extend the canopy to cover that portion of sidewalk. If the intention is to stop vehicles driving over pedestrians - justify it with bollards/concrete!
- OR Remove the flower beds from the sidewalk, leaving only the pavement.
