Short explanation (in notes):
- Available for purchase bottle with extinguishing gas
- Crafting fire extinguisher with full bottle of extingushing gas

Detailed description (why should it become added/...): Some times if you lost extingushing gas you buying next extinguisher, more realistic is when you buy only extinguisher gas and you fill gas in empty extinguisher.

In real life you don't refill the fire extinguisher by your self.
My addition that only FF's could refill them
