Suggestion Title: Roadcrew automatic permission request item
Suggestion Description: Add a function to the wheel clamp, both when actually placing the clamp and by using a key such as right click, to request permission in roadcrew chat to impound it.
This item, when used on a vehicle, sends an automatic message to police through roadcrew chat with the vehicle make, owner's name, and location.
This could also be worked to send a screengrab of the vehicle from the RC's perspective as well so that police can quickly verify illegally parked vehicles and approve them with ease of knowledge, and this screengrab could be logged to the SCAM menu for ease of moderation (@Aquaa )
example:
"[Roadcrew] Requesting to tow a Ford Transit owned by John Doe at Bazaar Rear Parking
[Roadcrew] [IMAGE LINK]"
Trying to wheel clamp vehicles without this message being sent could also pop up a prompt saying "You must get permission from police before impounding non-abandoned vehicles" or similar.
Why should this be added?:
Streamlines the process of requesting to tow vehicles immensely, for both roadcrew and police.
Ensures that proper information is always being relayed and reduces the opportunity for miscommunication or misinterpreted permission being given to roadcrew.
Encourages officers to rely on roadcrew to handle illegally parked vehicles more often and encourages roadcrew workers to be more vigilant for those vehicles.
Having a prompt would likely reduce the number of premature vehicle impounds without police permission.
What negatives could this have?:
None that I can think of, let me know.
