Description of the idea: Add a option asking if you wish to replace your current vehicle you have out with the car you just un-impounded from the roadcrew NPC (why is this a thing).
Why should this be added? (pros):
No running back and forth because you just claimed a broken car and just despawned the car you arrived with.
Less stress which leads to less strokes and lower RR.
