Suggestion Description:
Forum Rule:
2.5 Administrative Threads
Users replying to Action Requests, Ban Appeals, Disputes or Refund Requests must have been directly involved in the situation or posting on someone’s behalf and be providing relevant information to the situation. Replies to Enforcer Applications or Suggestions should not just be there to show their opinions. These replies must be constructive and give appropriate feedback.

Changed Version:
2.5 Administrative Threads
Users replying to threads in the Administration segment of the forum must have been directly involved in the situation or posting on someone's behalf and be providing relevant information to the situation.
Replies to Staff Applications are allowed as long as the post provides feedback and is constructive, not just to show ones opinion. This also applies to replies made to Rule Suggestions, Ideas & Suggestions, Law Reform, Bug Reports and Help & Support threads.

Why should this be added?:
- This change covers the entirety of the Administration section of the forum, and some of the more administrative and support sides of other parts of the forum such as the Law Reform, Bug Reports and Help & Support threads.
- Rule 2.4 does not cover non-constructive replies that aren't just shitposts, making it somewhat difficult to understand when your post is deleted and no rule is provided for reasoning. This change aims to combat this.

What negatives could this have?:
- Arguably the current version of the rule is sufficient by all technicalities, but clearly today's misunderstanding shows otherwise.
- Law Reform and Ideas & Suggestions aren't necessarily administrative. My counter-argument is that it makes sense for threads where discussion is meant to take place, that replies should be constructive for the discussion.
