Server lag/Forum vote on player count

I know its great having so many people on the server and it shows the community is doing amazing i understand but the lag is just unbelievable.
I don't make posts like this i don't like to make (Moaning posts) but its really causing more problems having a big player count you've got Police Officer's finishing off suspects in shootouts because there lag is so bad. I think its time we vote on the player count. all end up doing is driving people away !

HOW ABOUT AN EVENT ONLY QUEUE SERVER WITH 70 PLAYER SLOT ON NORMAL SERVER OMG THATD BE LIKE SO COOL
