Server Performance Upgrade!

Fredy has been working on new performance upgrades, the server now holds a good FPS and will no longer spike down to 0-5fps. This performance upgrade will be coming when the large server update is released.

Here is a screenshot of the extreme performance upgrade.

On a serious note a large upgrade will be noticed (Its not really 3%)
