To my knowledge many of the other servers lack the same feeling Perps does if you're looking for something similar, so its really finding whatever you feel like settling with.
However I think its also just good to rotate out what games you play so I would encourage such, don't become me with 17 games in my steam library with less than 40 minutes play time.

I have like 40 games with the same amount of playtime like you and I forgot to refund them so I didn’t make it in the 2 week refund time. They are all just sitting there.
