Detailed description (why should it become added/...):
Its annoying that you cant replant when reached prop limit.
You can easy just remove one prop then replant and then place the prop again which seems abit silly.

I will look into this later today, the crafting restriction probably is leftover from when crafting things made it drop in front of you rather than adding to inventory. So the same thing effects drug planting, there are a number of tweaks I need to do to crafting in general, this is one of them.
