mhm, do you know how to "change it"

Enable XMP profile in BIOS.

Personally, I would do a clean install of drivers and if your still having problems re-install OS and drivers, usualy what I do like every 8months ish.
Thats all I can suggest, usualy works for me.

I get 250fps usualy but around 80-100 when large groups of people are in a shootout.

Speccy might be wrong here actually, my RAM is clocked at 2400 MHz but it's listed as 1197 here, I have XMP enabled.

Check your Taskmanager, go to Performance then Memory and check the Speed there. You are running single channel though so check if you have more than 1 stick installed correctly, dual-channel is actually crucial to performance.

So my RAM is actually doing 2400mhz, I found out via task manager :)
