Shouldn't I get stable FPS?

So when there for example is a heavy shootout at bazaar, I seem to get very low FPS, like 20/30 FPS.
I find it weird, as my computer isn't that bad...
I have all the FPS commands on, and I still have this problem..

Everyone is getting 15-30FPS with a really good computer, nothing much you can really do about it.

Having 30 in a shooutout at bazaar is already considered good, all the sirens and cars lag the shit out of your game so don't be surprised. Monitor your temps and usage and you will be surprised how it's literally nothing. I've included some Gfy links so you can see how my FPS is in some sits, it varies as Source is heavily dependant on your CPU. First link doesn't have a FPS counter but you can tell that it's around 20, look on top left

I have an i5-8600k OC'd to 5ghz and I get 100fps normally and 60fps in bazaar shootouts, the new drug update has really hit my FPS, used to get around 120 in shootouts and 200 normally.

I don't know if this problem exists on the Nvidia side but ReLive (basically Shadowplay but for AMD) somehow fucks up the refresh rate of my monitor which makes the game look like 20-30 FPS which so far only happens in KSP and very rarely in some other games but re-enabling it gets rid of the problem. GeForce Experience itself is shit, I removed it on my craptop and it helped me a lot with FPS but you will be giving up on shadowplay. If you're that desperate then I suggest you try disabling shadowplay first then deleting GeForce Experience, you can always re-install it if it didn't help your issue.

Thanks for the help! Ill try to un-install and see if it makes the FPS go more "Stable" :)

Everything seems ok but you should really change your ram speed xD^^^ Put it at its advertised speeds.

mhm, do you know how to "change it"
Go into your bios ( Spam f2 when turning your pc on )
Go to the overclocking tab ( For me its named Ai Tweaker as i have a asus motherboard )
Look for memory frequency and change it from 1200 to your rams advertised speeds for normal performance
