Smaller phone TS

Description of the idea: Make the phone smaller when you have ORG ts out or change it to be something like how ARMA 3 does it or have it how the discord overlay works IRL

Why should this be added? (pros): The phone is massive, it takes up a huge portion of your screen and is even worse on 4:3, theres no reason why it needs to be so big.

What negatives could this have? (cons): Raiders get another advantage over cops, but they have a radio system anyway which is better?

I usually overcome this problem by metagaming in teamspeak with my friends!

there is another idea that the phone got settings app and you can choose the phone from 100% to 50%
like gcphone in fivem

I think the phone should be on your screen but perhaps for 4:3 players, you can adjust it? I just changed back to native because 1/3 of my screen was fucked
