Detailed description:
Speed enforcer can check the speed of cars, before/behind them.

Optional additions:
-A Speed camera for the Car. Example, you are behind a car and you will check the speed, you can check it if you are driving, don't must get out.

It's used In Real Life as welll so it would add more realism and you would know if the vehicle Infront of you are speeding or not

It's always used in the Danish police force, and I highly hate to step out of a cruiser to take out a camera, in order to receive the targets speed.

It definitely would add up a more friendly, and not too difficult way of catching a targets speed, as well as you do actually have evidence, 24/7 instead of just a few, if you choose to park your cruiser.

Negative points of this...
•In real life, you often have 2 officers. One on a motorcycle, and another in a cruiser. One stands with a camera, and another prepares to jump out of the cover to stop the specific vehicle. This allows the maximum limit of Enforcers to do their job perfectly, imagine them using proper realistic cover and tactics. (One inside a car, one outside with his camera.) Both inside camera and tool camera are realistic and yet used by many forces, so I will stay with a Neutral.

As mentioned by @Bamarin [IT] this idea is already suggested, but both ones will be denied due to the fact that the speed camera is now improved and that if you need a speed indication while in the car, use your speedometer.
