Spotlight??? is this allowed? im tilted

About 80% of bases I've raided recently consist of aids spotlights like this? I've tried telling people its not allowed as its unrealistic and they headglitch behind the floating spotlight but they insist they've spoken to staff? Someone kill me pls

The ones that go under are fine imo, since you could bolt it to the concrete or something, but both ontop and on the side? Shouldn't be allowed tbh need to choose one position or the other.
