Community Suggestion Staff requirement

Description of the idea: Make it a requirement to have senior member + to apply for staff

Why should this be added? (pros): Because to be staff I believe you should need to be active and well known in game and within the forums, having this forum rank shows you are dedicated and well known within the community to an extent to have influence when you are a staff member. Furthermore showing you have given your input communicated with the rest of the community.

What negatives could this have? (cons): Stops many new members applying for staff, who put brief applications and lack knowledge

Being fit for staff has nothing to do with a badge you have on an online forums.

Yes, USUALLY not having that badge means you're lacking knowledge but should not be a requirement.

There is not really any need for anyone wanting to apply for enforcer to get a certain amount of trophy points. You don't need to be actively posting stuff to be a good staff member.
